Our money is made by charging the venue a commission for parties we place with them.

Though we specialise in London venues and party planning we will help if at all possible with events and parties outside London.

What do you define as “in London”?

We work on the premise that anywhere inside the M25 is within London.

By ensuring that the venue pays a commission for parties we place with them we ensure that the service stays free for you – we have no need to charge at both ends.

Is it really free?

Yes, it is.

How many venues does your database hold?

Our database has over 350 individual venues available for you. This figure is growing constantly.

Who can use this service?

Anyone – consumers, corporate users, venue promoters; anyone who needs to find or promote a venue will find this site invaluable. Our only stipulation is that you as a client or partner must be over 21 years old.

How will this service benefit my venue?

Should your venue meet the requirements of a client it will be suggested as a possible match for their needs. This means your venue will be actively marketed by our staff every time a client makes a request that fits your venue – no matter whether or not they eventually book with you.

How do I get you to promote my venues?

Simply use the Partners facility on the site. You will be asked to select one of several standard enquiries from a drop down box. Select “I promote a venue in London” and we’ll get back to you. Alternatively, ring us on 0870 24 21 235 and one of our staff will be happy to help you through the registration process.

How do you choose which venues you work with?

When a venue is brought to our attention (either by reputation or by a promoter/owner) we dispatch a member of our staff who anonymously assesses the venue in relation to the needs of our clients and our exacting standards. If the venue is suitable on both counts we then begin the process of liasing with the venue and adding it to our database.

Absolutely – no occasion is too big or too small for us to deal with.

What makes you so different to all the other party planners out there?

Most obviously is our commitment to making sure our venue finding service is entirely free for you as a user. Secondly our completely bespoke party planning service means that we are in a position to organise anything you may require – though, unlike our venue finding service, this is not free.
